HVACR Service Technology

Program details

Our degree prepares you for a career in HVACR service technology. You can start with specialized advanced certificates, and then use those courses toward the associate's degree later.

Professional licensure

Completers of this program will need three or more years of field experience to be eligible for Michigan State licensure. Each state has different licensure requirements. Please contact the program coordinator for further information. The students will be eligible to gain a federal certification to handle refrigerants in the field, which is recognized by all states.
