- Please submit your request at least 2 weeks prior to your requested date.
- For groups of 60 or more, or if Dining Services is being requested, a minimum of 4 weeks advance notice is required.
- On campus staff support is limited, therefore we request you provide at least one adult chaperone for every 20 visiting students.
