Transcripts

Incoming transcripts

Delta College will accept as official transcripts only incoming transcripts that have appropriate signatures and seals and have been mailed directly to the College from an issuing institution. Delta College also accepts electronic secured PDF or Electronic Exchange transcripts via Parchment and the National Student Clearinghouse.

Transcripts in the possession of the student or copies of transcripts or grade reports are considered non-official and may be used for academic advising or counseling, but no transfer credits will be posted to the Delta College academic transcript from these documents.

    • Official transcripts include: high school, college, university, GED, ACT, and adult education course work.
    • Official college and university transcripts should be sent to the Delta College Registrar's Office.
    • Official high school, GED, ACT, and adult education course work should be sent to the Delta College Admissions Office.

Outgoing transcripts

Delta College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering online. Transcripts can be ordered online 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. One of the many great advantages of the online service is that order updates are available via mobile text message and will also be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.

Your signed consent may be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can approve instantly online or return via fax, mail, or as a scanned email attachment to the National Student Clearinghouse.

Both official (issued/sent directly to colleges, universities, etc.) and unofficial (issued/released to the student) transcripts may be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Restrictions: Student registration and/or Official Transcripts can be restricted, or put on hold, for various reasons. Examples may include, but are not limited to: overdue account balances in the Library or Student Billing, overdue parking fines, completion of behavioral or Title IX requirements/penalties, etc.
