Software for Faculty and Staff

As a Delta College employee, you get free access to several Microsoft products, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite and OneDrive for Business. 

Microsoft Office 365 Suite

The Microsoft Office Suite includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. You have access to the online version using your Delta College sign-in, but you can also install the desktop version for use offline. Once installed, you may need to sign in using your Delta College username and password to make full use of the software. It can remember your sign-in until your password changes or expires.

You may also wish to install Outlook on your mobile device to quickly receive important notifications from your Delta College email.

If installing Office 365 from Company Portal does not work, or you are installing on a personal device, please try installing from Webmail.

OneDrive for business

OneDrive for Business is a cloud-based file storage platform that allows you to store and share files, as well as access the online versions of Microsoft Office 365 applications.


Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app built for hybrid work so you and your team stay informed, organized, and connected — all in one place. Delta College employees have access to it as part of their Office 365 license.
