Audio-Visual Services

The Office of Information Technology provides services, such as troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs to classroom technologies across campus, including technically enhanced "smart" classrooms. To request assistance or report a problem with equipment installed in a room, please call the Helpdesk at 989-686-9575.

Borrowing from OIT

For the Main Campus, a variety of additional equipment can be picked up without a reservation from our Help Desk in B119. Please return equipment to the Help Desk the same day, Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm. If you must return equipment outside of this timeframe, please return it to Public Safety in N102 instead.

Equipment available for pickup at Help Desk:

    • AV Loaner Laptop with charger and HDMI cable, for use with classroom projectors
    • OWL 360° Web Camera
    • Standard Web Camera
    • Presentation Clicker
    • HDMI cable, for use with classroom projectors

For the Downtown Centers, please check with the front desk for that location regarding loaner equipment.

Scheduling an Event

Room reservations are handled by Room Scheduling via 25Live. When reserving a room for an event, please indicate any audio visual support or equipment that will be required for the event when completing the form.

Additional equipment available for delivery to a scheduled event:

    • Neat board, for use with Zoom
    • TV Cart
    • Projector Cart
    • Projector Screen
    • Microphones and PA system (please indicate quantity)

You may also request equipment directly from the Help Desk for events that have already been scheduled. Please send an email to help@delta.edu with the following information:

    • Date and time of event, including start and end times.
    • Location of the event
    • Equipment requested
