This job fair is open to all industries and all majors, is free to job seekers, and open to the public. Employers are invited to recruit for full-time, part-time, summer/seasonal, apprenticeship, and internship opportunities.

The Great Lakes Bay Job Fair is a partnership between Delta College, the Great Lakes Bay Michigan Works!, the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Opportunity - Michigan Rehabilitation Services & Workforce Development - Veterans’ Employment Services , and the American Legion Post #443.
Delta has hosted the Great Lakes Bay Job Fair for 10 years.
Approximately 1,000 job seekers visit the fair each year.
158 regional businesses attend on average each year.
