Delta College will host several informational sessions in May and June about the Michigan Reconnect scholarship, a statewide program that provides free tuition to students 25 years and older.

The 30-minute sessions are open to the public and take place on Zoom. Topics include eligibility, the application process and how to get started.

• Monday, May 16 – noon-12:30pm or 5-5:30pm
• Tuesday, May 24 – noon-12:30pm or 5-5:30pm
• Wednesday, June 1 – noon-12:30pm or 5-5:30pm
• Thursday, June 9 – noon-12:30pm or 5-5:30pm

Registration is required at delta.elluciancrmrecruit.com/Apply/Events.

Michigan Reconnect, which pays in-district rates, is available for current and future Delta students who have a high school diploma, have not yet completed a college degree and have lived in Michigan for at least one year. The scholarship covers tuition, fees and contact hours.

The program launched in February 2021. To date, 1,060 students have enrolled at Delta through Michigan Reconnect.
