Some positions require testing as part of the application process. If tests are used, they must meet standards for reliability, validity, fitness for intended use and other applicable standards as described by the American Psychological Association's Standards for Educational and Psychological Tests or comparable standards. Timing of the test will be determined by the Human Resources Office and the Immediate Supervisor of the vacant position in consultation with the appropriate testing representative.
