Summary

Each person will have a Position Information Questionnaire (P.I.Q.) and each employee will receive a yearly performance review.

Timeline

June – May
Performance year starts on June 1

November – December
Mid-year appraisals submitted to Human Resources

April
Annual appraisals submitted to Human Resources

April – May
Audits conducted and approvals received via Human Resources

May – June 
Meeting with employee and appropriate documents submitted to Human Resources

Other
For new employees, or employees transferring to a new position, a 90-day appraisal is conducted
