Board Policy 8.003
Delta College requires all employees, students, members of boards, volunteers, contractors, or any other individual providing services to, or acting on behalf of the College, to report any act they believe in good faith constitutes a violation of law. Delta College expressly prohibits any form of retaliation against any individual or entity who makes such a report. Any individual or entity who engages in prohibited retaliation shall be subject to significant penalty, including termination or expulsion. Any individual or entity making a bad faith or false report may be subject to similar discipline and penalty.
