Delta’s main campus will be open to students who are taking face-to-face classes, as well as faculty and staff members.
Those who return to campus should do the following:
- Complete a health screening before coming to campus, each and every time.
- Review safety practices outlined by the CDC.
- Stay up-to-date with local and national developments, as well as Delta’s response to COVID-19.
Health screenings for students
Students are required to complete a health screening before arriving to campus. The screening includes a list of questions that can be accessed from Delta’s phone app on the main page. (Find the app by searching "Delta College" in your app store.) Public Safety officers and staff will be stationed at selected entry doors to ensure that only screened students are permitted to enter. Each student will show they have completed and passed this screening before being permitted to enter any of Delta’s facilities.
Students who do not have the capability to use the app, or forget to complete the screening, will be given a paper form to complete at the entry locations.
Other than the identified entrances, all other campus access points will remain locked. You can view or print a campus map (PDF) with entrances noted.
Health screenings for faculty & staff
Faculty and staff members are also required to complete a health screening before arriving to campus. The screening can be accessed on the Portal homepage or by visiting apps.delta.edu/CovidScreening.
