An afternoon exploring the magic of anime and video game music
Wendy Chu, Delta College adjunct music instructor, will perform a piano recital featuring
video game and anime music on Sunday, October 22, at 2pm in the Delta College Lecture
Theater (G160).
“A Journey into Video Game and Anime Music” will showcase Chu performing the musical
scores from notable video games and anime, including Zelda, Final Fantasy, Spirited
Away, Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen and more.
Chu, an established pianist and instructor, has taught and performed for over two
decades. Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, she began playing the piano at age four.
After moving to the United States, she earned a Doctoral of Musical Arts from Michigan
State University and a double Master of Music in Piano Performance from Central Michigan
University. Aside from teaching at Delta College, she has performed in solo and chamber
recitals in Taiwan, Austria, Canada and the U.S.
Come and experience an afternoon of captivating music as Chu uses her masterful skills
to bring the sounds of these beloved genres to life. Tickets are $10 and will be available
