Multiple Delta College students were recognized for their work at a statewide conference hosted by the Liberal Arts Network for Development (LAND) for Michigan Community Colleges.

The 2020 LAND Conference took place February 5–7 in Ann Arbor. Two students were selected to present at the Student Scholars Showcase, and others received awards for their work in film, writing and research categories.

“Their excellent work speaks not only to their own ability and ambition, but to the guidance and support they receive from the remarkably talented and committed faculty of the Arts and Letters Division,” said Mark Brown, associate professor of English and director of the honors program.
