Registration is available for the March 22, 2012 event. All sponsors will be receiving an email with event information. If you have any concerns or questions about registration for Student Technical Solutions, please contact Wendy Martin at 989-686-9258.

Registration for STS 2012 is open.

The registration entry deadline is Monday, March 12, 2012.

Important Notes:

Competition Starting Time: 8:30 a.m.

Machine Tool--Limited to one student per school.

Residential Construction--Two-student team competition (two teams per sponsoring school)

The awards program will be held at 12:00 Noon in the Lecture Theater so contestants can return to their home school on a timely basis.

First-, second-, and third-place winners will receive an award certificate, which will be presented at the awards ceremony.

Please advise the Competition Coordinating Committee if you know of any instructors or programs that may have been overlooked so we may contact them.

The Delta College Technical, Trades, and Manufacturing Division will host an informal gathering for faculty during the competition.

* All entrants in the Machine Tool categories: One student per school may compete in one category. A determination will be made on Wednesday, March 12, as to whether the competiton can be opened up to additional contestants per school. Then more than one student per school may compete in the same category. This determination will be based upon availability of slots. Please check the web page for this information.

*All entrants in the Residential Constuction competition: Only two teams per school. A determination will be made on April 14 as to whether the competition can be opened up to additional teams per school. This determination will be based upon availability of slots.
