Leadership Equilibrium: Balancing Transformational & Servant Styles

Join Dr. Michael Rhodabarger, author of Leadership Equilibrium during this 4 week seminar to explore the two fundamental leadership styles proven effective in organizational contexts: transformational and servant leadership. You will discover competencies that further define the two leadership styles, and analyze and evaluate behaviors associated with successful leadership. During this program you will develop a personal philosophy of what leadership is and the knowledge of the competencies defining transformational leadership and servant leadership, understand the necessity of balancing both leadership styles, and develop an understanding of the importance of ethics in leadership. This course will provide an in-depth look at some of the most successful leaders of today and the leadership practices they employ. If you manage others, own your own business, or are in any type of leadership role, you owe it to yourself to develop your leadership skills. Materials Included: Leadership Equilibrium by Dr. Michael Rhodabarger.
