Like a road map, the budget can help a business or an individual navigate through the year and reduce negative outcomes. If you want to gain knowledge on developing a basic budget for cost savings, increasing profits, or for determining where the money went, this course was designed for you! Whether you are a sole proprietor, partnership (such as a law firm, medical practice, retailer, or manufacturer) or have an interest in developing a personal household budget, upon the conclusion of this course you’ll understand important budget concepts, time tested strategies, and be able to see and easily implement savings for your business or household to achieve your financial goals.
