Disability Discrimination
Federal, State, and College policy prohibits discrimination against persons with a disability if they have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits a major life activity.
The disabilities covered include (but are not limited to) substantial impairments that limit: seeing, hearing, speaking, walking, breathing, performing manual tasks, learning, caring for oneself, and working.
