Strengthening Delta's Culture of Learning

The COS provides resources and support for professional development for all faculty and staff. We offer workshops, retreats, instructional support, coaching and mentoring. The  Faculty Center for Teaching Excellence, Instructional Technology Support Team and Employee Computer Training Center are also part of the COS.
