Chorale

The Delta College Chorale is the largest ensemble at Delta. We are a non-auditioned mixed (SATB) chorus ranging from 30 to 45 members. The Chorale began in the fall semester of 2006 and has grown in membership ever since.

We perform a wide variety of choral literature from all periods and styles. Each spring we perform a major work with orchestra. In the spring of 2008, the Delta College Chorale performed F. J. Haydn's Missa Brevis Sancti Joannis de Deo, or sometimes better known as The Little Organ Mass.

Membership is open to any student or faculty and the course may be taken for credit (MUS 154).
