Sign stands are available in sizes to accommodate either 8 ½" x 11" or 11" x 16" paper inserts. Requests for sign stands must be made through Operations & Maintenance by completing a Sign/Stand Request Form (PDF) and a floor layout plan to indicate sign placement, contact phone: 989-686-9240 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A minimum two-day notice is required for placement of signs by Operations & Maintenance. The requestor is responsible for placing paper announcements in stands. To maintain a high-quality image to guests, students, and staff, all sign inserts must include name, date, starting and ending time of event and the name and phone number of a contact person.
Emergency and non-emergency maintenance such as spills, gas leaks, temperature concerns, etc., can be requested by calling Operations & Maintenance, Monday through Friday at 989-686-9240 until 6:00pm.
Weekends and after 6:00pm, urgent requests can be submitted through the Public Safety Dispatcher at 989-686-9111. Routine maintenance can be requested by sending a written request to email@example.com.
