Community Prescription Support Program (CRxSP) - Free medication services. Phone 989-752-6000 or 989-752-5630

Children’s Health Care Services - Supplemental state program that covers expenses for children birth through 21 with long-term or chronic medical conditions. Phone 989-758-3845

Early on Services - Free screening, evaluation/assessment, service coordination and development of an individualized family service plan for children birth through 3 years. Phone 989-758-3806

Healthy Start “Great Beginnings” - Professional home visits to pregnant women and children under 2 years old to assist with transportation, health issues, parenting education, support, and community referrals. Phone 866-499-2229
