Most returning students find it helpful to meet with Academic Advising to get back on track. We are here to help you reach your career goals and answer your questions so you can keep moving toward your degree.
Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at fafsa.ed.gov and use Delta’s school code of 002251.
Don't forget to visit the financial aid self-service hub to accept your aid.
Although not required, we recommend students meet with an academic advisor. Our advisors will walk you through your class selection, the services we offer, and will get you started in reaching your goals. Contact the advising office for availability for appointments and walk in schedule 989-686-9330. The Academic Advising office is located in D102 at our main campus.
Registration can be done online through their Portal account. Simply log in to the Portal, click “WebAdvisor” menu, and then click the “Student Planning” link. Course registration opens at different times of the year depending on which semester you are starting. Please see the important dates section above.
Tuition must be paid by the payment due date or at the time of course registration. Delta offers a variety of payment options:
- Pay online through your Portal account.
- By phone or in person at the Finance Office in Room B118 or by phone at 989-686-9394.
- Sign up for our convenient Tuition Payment Plan through your Portal account.
Remember, your reserved seat in a class will be dropped if you don’t make a payment by the due date.
All of your books and supplies are available through the Delta College Bookstore. Students are able to purchase or rent their books at the bookstore or online. The Delta Bookstore is located in room N015 on main campus. Bring your class schedule from your Portal account with you and you’ll be ready to go.
