We’re proud to say…Delta College is green from the outside in. From the moment you arrive on campus, you’ll find plenty of opportunity to participate in and learn about sustainability. From parking on recycled asphalt under LED lot lights to relaxing with an organic fruit smoothie in a lounge that boasts recycled carpeting. New initiatives in green technology reduce our use of energy and materials. Building upgrades have incorporated heat recovery systems, occupancy sensors, and low energy argon windows. Our Bookstore and Food Services create shopping and dining experiences in which the customer can be confident they are supporting the environment.

We promote health, productivity, and safety of the campus community through the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of our buildings and grounds. We are steadfast in incorporating environmentally-conscious choices into purchasing and procurement processes.
