Articulation Credit

Academic course credit may be awarded towards an Associate in Applied Arts Degree and/or the Advanced Certificate if you have one of the following certifications.  

Child Development Associate credentials 

• Child Development Associate credentials should be taken to the Assessment/Testing Office.

• Program director using a Child Development Associate certificate: credits will not count towards the Department of Human Services requirements of 12 credits.

Career-Tech Center Early Childhood Education Program certificate earned in high school.

• Must be less than 2 years previous to the semester beginning a Child Development class.
• Midland students who had the child care block may articulate CD 115P only.
• Applications available through your high school teacher. Submit application to Delta's articulation office as soon as you register for any child development course.

Elementary Education Teaching Certificate
