Request a Transcript
There is no charge for transcripts with the exception of Overnight Mail Service. Overnight Mail Service requests must be submitted by 3:00 pm and must include payment for the overnight service (contact the Registrar's Office for fee). Transcript requests are normally processed within one week, but may require more time to process at the end of a semester. Your signature is required before we can release your transcript. Transcripts may be requested in person, by mail, by fax, or through MyDelta. Electronic mail (e-mail) requests are accepted only when the transcript is being sent to another college or university. Transcripts that are released to the student will be stamped "Issued To Student" and are unofficial. Official transcripts must be sent directly to a college/university or business. "Sealed transcripts" are available but are stamped "Issued To Student". Transcript copies will not be furnished if you have delinquent accounts at the College.
Transcripts/grades may also be requested/viewed/printed through MyDelta.
Transcript requests can be done by logging into MyDelta, selecting Students, and Transcript Request or through an e-mail request form.
