What: Kuungana Drum and Dance Company will move your soul and lift your spirit with traditional and contemporary African music and dance.

"Black Men Matter" Series

What: Race and Perception of Police Misconduct: Working to Build Trust – Lorenzo Pierson 

When: February 20 at 6pm at the Ricker Center

Event description: Author, Speaker and Film Producer Lorenzo Pierson will moderate panel discussions on why African Americans feel targeted by police and how to build positive relationships between the community and police.

What: Join your host, John Neal, for an opportunity for you and your friends to win cash and prizes while learning African American Culture and History with a “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” vibe.

“Music of the Arts” Black History Program

What: Let Delta College’s Gospel Choir - Eminent Voices inspire you through music, singing and poetry. Featuring special guest soloist Sharrie Williams and other local artists. You’re guaranteed to have a hallelujah good time!
