Request a Transcript
There is no charge for transcripts with the exception of Overnight Mail Service. Overnight Mail Service requests must be submitted by 3:00 pm and must include payment for the overnight service (contact the Registrar's Office for fee). Transcript requests are normally processed within one week, but may require more time to process at the end of a semester. Transcripts may be requested in person, by mail, by fax, or through MyDelta. Electronic mail (e-mail) requests are accepted only when the transcript is being sent to another college or university and do not require a signature. Transcripts that are released to the student will be stamped "Issued To Student". These are unofficial and require a signature if requested by mail or fax and a photo ID if requested in person. Official transcripts must be sent directly to a college/university or business. "Sealed transcripts" are available but are stamped "Issued To Student" and are considered unofficial. Transcript copies will not be furnished if you have delinquent accounts at the College. Transcripts requested by fax or mail require a signature.
Transcripts/grades may also be requested/viewed/printed through MyDelta.
Official transcript requests can be done by logging into MyDelta, selecting Students, and Transcript Request or through an e-mail request form.
