Official Transcripts

Delta College will accept as official transcripts only incoming transcripts that have appropriate signatures and seals and have been mailed directly to the College from an issuing institution. Transcripts in the possession of the student or copies of transcripts or grade reports are considered non-official and may be used for academic advising or counseling, but no transfer credits will be posted to the Delta College academic transcript from these documents.

Official transcripts include: high school, college, university, GED, ACT, and adult education course work.

Official college and university transcripts should be sent to the Delta College Registrar's Office.

Official high school, GED, ACT, and adult education course work should be sent to the Delta College Admissions Office.
