When calling, stay calm and carefully explain the problem and location to the Public Safety Dispatcher. DO NOT hang up until told to do so. Keep calm. Keep others calm.

It is strongly suggested that each area, department and division appoint a lead person and a few team members to assist staff and students during an emergency situation.
