DELTA COLLEGE TESTING CENTER
The mission of the Testing Center at Delta College is to provide a professional, safe testing environment for students, faculty, graduates, employers, paraprofessionals, professionals and community members that enables all test-takers to perform at their maximum ability. We subscribe to the National College Testing Association (NCTA) Professional Standards and Guidelines and are committed to maintaining the highest compliance with nationally recognized professional testing standards and practices.
Testing Center Hours
Attention ACT Compass/Asset Users
Earlier this month ACT announced that all ACT Compass products including ACT Asset, Windows Compass, eCompass and the recently released Compass 5.0, will be phased out by December 31, 2016.
Delta College has used ACT Compass as a placement tool for students for several years. Due this announcement, the College will begin investigating other resources to assist in student placement. The Delta College Testing Center will continue administering eCompass and Asset until a new process/product has been selected. The College had planned to transition to Compass 5.0 but has discontinued those efforts due to this announcement.
Key ACT Dates:
· ACT Compass 5.0 available through January 15, 2016 only.
· Data available via ACT Compass 5.0 through January 31, 2016 only.
· Additional feature enhancements to ACT Compass 5.0
will not be implemented.
· ACT eCompass available through November 30, 2016.
· Data available via ACT eCompass through December 31, 2016.
· ACT Asset available through November 30, 2016.
