Instruction Room - providing a 16 computer research room where classes can be held when assignments require access to Delta Library online databases/indexes/catalogs, and print resources in the Delta Library, and WWW. Librarians are available to show students and faculty how to use all Library resources. Faculty call X9560 to schedule instruction.

Credit Certificates - providing instructors with an additional means of incorporating resource-based activities into their course. Instructors send students to the Library Reference Desk and the Librarians issue a "credit certificate" when student has completed a particular task in the Library. Credit can be given when student hands in the signed receipt.

Research Assistance - Delta Librarians offer research help to faculty for professional development and help to students, on campus and remotely. Call X9874 or select "Ask a Librarian" on the Library website.

Instruction - Librarians show faculty and students how to use Library resources and teach information literacy skills. Call the LLIC Reference Desk and talk to a Librarian X9560.

Assignments - Librarians offer assistance to faculty in developing assignments that use available resources, incorporating information literacy skills.

InterLibrary Loans - Borrow materials from other libraries. Use the Library website FirstSearch, ValCat "Request Item", MelCat from MeL(Michigan eLibrary) or in person at the LLIC Reference Desk X9560.
