2014 National Electrical Code Update
15 Hour State Approved Course
In our 15 hour, State-approved course, you’ll learn significant changes to the 2014 NEC, Michigan Part 8 Rules, and Michigan Residential Code. This class meets the requirements for the current Michigan Electrical License Renewal. Knowledge and practical application of the National Electrical Code is an essential part of all electrical installations. You should attend if you are involved with the installation, service, care, or inspection of electrical systems; including electricians, system installers, inspectors, maintenance personnel, troubleshooters, contractors, safety professionals, facilities managers, engineers, testers, apprentices, consultants, linemen, and utility company personnel. Now offered in two different formats to fit your schedule!
For those of you who would like to get your code update done in 1 day – our new format is for you! You will purchase the textbook and review in its entirety. Following a complete review of Mike Holt’s Illustrated Guide to Changes to THE NEC® 2014 textbook, you will need to complete the 122 question exam prior to class (8 hours credit). On the meeting date our instructor will go over all questions and Part 8 of the Michigan Electrical Code (7hours credit). For those of you who have found comfort in our traditional 15 hour, face-to-face format, rest assured, that option is still available!
