ACT® Prep & College Readiness

ACT® Prep & College Readiness is designed to give campers a glimpse of what to expect when they take the ACT® Test and an overall view of what it takes to be prepared for college. Campers will discuss strategies on how to approach the four test subjects English, Math, Science, and Reading and will then take practice tests in each. Campers will also complete a Writing prompt and present to the class. In addition to preparing for the ACT® Test, campers will research their top five college choices and complete a profile report.  During this process, they will get a better understanding of the types of financial aid and scholarships that are available. Campers will also participate in fun activities outside of the classroom including a tour of Delta’s campus.
