Become an Exhibitor at the
2013 Health for Life Expo

Join us as an exhibitor/vendor at a major event designed to give you the opportunity to connect with residents of the Great Lakes Bay Region. Primary sponsors of this program will be the Delta College 50+ Just Like Gold Program, our regional hospitals and targeted media. Essentially we will be focusing on wellness, prevention measures, positive efforts, learning about our health and keeping ourselves healthy.
This will be a great opportunity for your business/organization to:
- Generate customers and enhance visibility for your business or organization
- Educate the public about the latest health information, products, programs/services
- Share your expertise and improve the health and wellness of others
The number of exhibitor/vendor booths will be limited, early registration is encouraged, and advance payment is required. As this is an event that is supported by Delta College, the vendor registration fee is minimal compared to other community expos (only $150 for businesses and $50 for non-profit and volunteer agencies per table). All fees will be used for event expenses and marketing.
All vendors must have at least one person present at their table at all times so the contact is personal and the guests have the opportunity to ask questions. You can provide samples of your products, coupons, demonstrate products or health related treatments , provide free health screenings/tests, schedule future appointments or events at your business/organization, sell health related products, etc. However, the sale of raffle tickets will not be allowed. Please call if you have questions about the appropriateness of activities or products.
Exhibitor Registration - Please download the Exhibitor Registration Form. Full payment is required at time of registration. No refunds for cancellations or event “no shows.”
Exhibitor space will include one 8’ table with 2 chairs, complimentary bottled water and snacks, and wireless Internet service. The focus of this event will be on learning.
Register by Friday, April 5th - Exhibitor space is limited! Confirmations and event details will be sent two weeks prior to the event.
The event will be free for attendees so we are expecting a large attendance. This event will be widely promoted via the media, posters, senior newsletters and sites, community agencies and churches, etc. Details about parking, vendor set up times, your specific location, etc. will be sent to you approximately two weeks in advance of the event.
