By using social networking online, businesses are building relationships by creating communities of shared interest. With websites such as MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook becoming more and more popular, businesses are struggling to figure out which avenue works best for them, how to utilize the tools being offered, and how to manage the content being shared on these sites. This class addresses not only the pros and cons of businesses utilizing social networking online, but also the benefits and services the most popular websites have to offer today.
