Microsoft® Outlook 2010
You will create e-mail accounts and send messages using several techniques. You will also learn how to manage messages, contacts, tasks, and meeting requests. You will learn how to customize Outlook and work with address books, search and filter mail folders, and apply and customize categories. You will also work with personal, public, and offline folders. Finally, you will organize folders and set rules.
Microsoft® Outlook Basic
This course covers the basic functions and features of Outlook 2010. You will learn how to read, create, send, and forward e-mail messages. Students will then learn how to manage messages and attachments, configure message options, and use search folders. You will also learn how to manage contacts, use the People Pane, work with tasks, create appointments, and schedule meetings.

Microsoft® Outlook Intermediate
This course will build on the skills and concepts taught in Outlook Basic. You will learn how to customize Outlook, use Quick Steps, create Navigation-pane shortcuts, work with contacts and contact groups, manage address books, customize their messages and signatures, and set up automatic replies. In addition, you will learn how to search various folders, use filters, apply categories, create custom views, and set rules for organizing messages.

This course will build on the skills and concepts taught in Outlook Intermediate. You will learn how to subscribe to RSS news feeds and use the Outlook Social Connector to stay current with colleagues. You will also learn how to manage their mailboxes and archive their mail, create and work with notes and Journal entries, share Outlook calendars and contacts, create e-mail templates, and use mail merge to send personalized messages to groups of contacts.
