Customer Service Representatives are the front line of every business and impact the overall perception and performance of a company. The skills you learn in this certificate program will enhance your ability to gain employment and will build a skill set that can be transfer to any industry you choose. You will work through multiple scenarios to help build the critical thinking skills you will need to work in a customer facing environment including administrative organization, business communication, and conflict resolution strategies.
