Departs from Wenonah Park in Downtown Bay City

 "Moonlight Cruise and Dinner" First you will enjoy the sunset on the Saginaw Bay while enjoying a  three-course dinner catered by the Fusion One Café.  Astronomers from the Delta College planetarium will then present a special live program aboard the Tall Ship Appledore IV while you enjoy the moon and the night sky.  You will be introduced to the moon phases, listen to moon legends, and view the beauty of the moon in the night sky.  Dress is casual;  rubber sole shoes advised, and please bring an appropriate jacket depending on the evening temperature.

 Internet Explorer 6 Class.  You will learn the fundamentals of using Internet Explorer 6 to browse and search for web sites and people by using the favorites folder, links bar, history list, auto search and the search assistant.  Using Outlook Express you will learn how to manage internet mail and newsgroups, use web conent offline and download internet files from FPT siites.  This session also covers customizing Internet Explorer to suit your personal working style.

“Stargazing Cruise on the Tall Ship Appledore"

Join us for an unforgettable evening of sailing on the Saginaw Bay. Enjoy the sails, the sunset, and a fully catered three-course dinner catered by Fusion One Café. Included will be a special live program presented onboard the Appledore IV by astronomers from the Delta College planetarium. View constellations, listen to star legends, learn to navigate by the stars, hear the words of poets, and enjoy the beauty of the night sky under sail. Dress is casual; rubber sole shoes advised and bring an appropriate jacket depending on the evening temperature.

AARP Driver Safety Program

This special AARP developed program has helped millions of drivers 50+ learn safety strategies and tips to help them adapt to physical and mental changes related to aging. You will learn defensive driving techniques, new traffic laws, rules of the road and you do NOT take a test. Some Michigan insurance companies offer an automobile insurance discount to those who complete the course.

“Seasoned Motorcycle Rider”

Motorcycle riding requires concentration, coordination, balance and the ability to make quick decisions. The effects of aging can be factors that contribute to crashes. This program acquaints participants with the general effects of aging on the skills necessary to ride your motorcycle safely and to share actions and ideas that lead to increasingly safe and responsible motorcycling. This program will be both fun and interactive!

“Group Motorcycle Riding”

This class will take you through information you need to know to put safety first whenever participating in a group motorcycle ride event or trip...whether you are riding with just a few friends or as part of an organized larger group. Learn everything from where to place your bike on the roadway to how to communicate with the rest of the group while riding.
