Delta College provides resources and support for professional development and growth for all faculty and staff through the following departments.

Center for Organizational Success (COS)

The COS offers workshops, retreats, instructional support, coaching, and mentoring for all faculty and staff. Inside the COS you will find the Technology Idea Center which offers a variety of hardware and software to serve faculty and staff computing needs. Faculty Center for Teaching Excellence (FCTE)

Instructional Support Services (ISS)
