Function of the Human Relations Committee
- Assess the human relations' climate at Delta College.
- Provide knowledge and education on issues of racial, ethic, gender and other inter-group relations.
- Address human relations' issues and concerns with the interntion of being proactive rather than reactive.
- Promote and enhance an environment, which is courteous, fair and respectful to all.
- Complement the responsibilities of the Equity Office Advisory Committee.
