Chung School of Mantis Kung Fu and Tai Chi demonstration
Presented by: Master Henry Chung and his students
This demonstration will begin with Chinese traditional Lion Dance ceremony. Then Sifu Chung will introduce the basic knowledge and brief history of Seven Stars Praying Mantis Kungfu and Wu Style Tai Chi. This presentation includes Praying Mantis Kungfu forms, self-defense techniques and Wu Style Tai Chi Form.
