2013 Capital Outlay Project Request

Health and Wellness F-Wing Renovations

This major capital outlay project for needed renovations to the Health Professions Building F-wing of the College is of very high priority. The ability to move forward with this project, which has been requested as our number one priority since 2004, would greatly improve our ability to meet the education and training needs for health career professions in our region.

The project was authorized for planning in PA 329 of 2010. We submitted draft copies of our Phase 200/300 Program Statement and Schematic Design plans to the State Budget Office on September 23, 2011 and are now requesting final design and construction authorization.
