EMERGENCY HOME REPAIR

Service Description:

Provides emergency repairs to area owner occupied homes. Makes repairs that are necessary to control or arrest the affects of imminent threats or physical deterioration. Emergency repairs include: sewer lines, plumbing, hot water tanks, furnaces, roofs, etc. Repairs are completed in the form of a loan.

Low to moderate-income level homeowners in Bay City.
