Service Description: Provides financial assistance with child daycare expenses to qualifying families when the parent, legal guardian, or other caretaker is unavailable to provide childcare due to employment, education, and/or because of a health/social condition for which treatment is being received.
Eligibility: Families with children under age 13, based on monthly income.
Hours/Availability: 7:30 am – 12 noon & 1 pm – 5 pm, Monday – Friday. Intake hours are 7:45 am – 10:30 am

Service Description: Maintains a database of over 900 regulated/licensed childcare providers in Arenac, Bay, and Saginaw counties. Provides lists of childcare providers tailored to meet each parent’s need.
Eligibility: All parents eligible for a referral list. Have on-site consultants for DHS and Work First clients.
Hours/Availability: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. 7:30 am – 7:30 pm, Wednesday
