To pump you up before your classes or job, or to unwind after you've put in a long day, the Delta College Fitness & Recreation Center has hours to fit your busy lifestyle.
Hours are subject to change based on facility usage.

The FRC may occasionally be closed to members for maintenance. No portion of the membership fee will be refunded, nor will a credit be given when maintenance occurs.
