Whether you're looking for a regular membership, or would just like to visit the Fitness & Recreation Center on an occasional basis, we have options for you. We have both specific-term memberships and daily passes available.
Delta College's Fitness and Recreation Center (FRC) sports a pool, weight and cardio rooms, gyms, locker rooms, and racquetball courts. The FRC also offers a number of great programming opportunities for you to choose from. We also provide packages to have your child's birthday party, complete with pool time, pizza, and a decorated cake.
