This office processes all employee's pay including students who work both on and off campus in co-op, work-study and non work-study positions. Student employees should review frequently asked questions about student employment. Any questions concerning pay or timesheets should be directed to the employee's supervisor first. Payroll checks are issued every other week on Friday according to the Payroll Schedule. Checks will be available for pickup beginning at 7:45am each payday in the Cashiers Office, B-111. Payroll checks will be held at the Cashier's Office until they are picked up. During summer, when the college is closed on "Green Fridays", payroll checks may be picked up beginning at 3pm on Thursday before the Friday pay date.
Direct deposit is a convenient option to employees who prefer to avoid the hassle of picking up and depositing their check. Individuals who opt to have their pay direct deposited will have access to an electronic pay advice on MyDelta detailing their gross pay, taxes, deductions and the net pay amount deposited into their bank or credit union account. They may see their paycheck details by following the viewing direct deposit advices online instructions.
W-2's are prepared by January 31st each year. Employees may opt to immediately view and print their W-2's electronically by accessing the W-2 Electronic Consent link on MyDelta, under Employees, Employee Profile section. Individuals who do not give W-2 Electronic Consent will continue to receive a paper W-2 in the mail. A replacement copy may be obtained by contacting Jeanne Doyle at 989-686-9390.
