Welcome to the Faculty Center for Teaching Excellence (FCTE), located in J-110. The FCTE’s function at Delta is to provide excellent professional development opportunities to all full-time and adjunct faculty in order to better serve the learning needs of our students. The FCTE is an integral part of the Center for Organizational Success (COS), which supports the professional development of all employees of Delta.
