Bookstore Refunds

The last day for a full refund or exchange of books purchased for the Winter 2009 semester is January 16, 2009.  Books for short term classes are not refundable unless the class is cancelled and proof of cancellation is required.

Full refunds/exchanges are given if:

1. You must have your receipt.
2. New books must be in new condition to receive a full refund.
3. New books retutrned in used condition will be refunded at the used book price.
4. Please save all recepits and do not write in your book until you are sure you will not need to make a return.
5. If you do not have your receipt or have missed the refund/exchange deadline, the Bookstore may be able to buy back your book.
6. The bookstore may refuse to refund any book due to condition.
7. Supplies are non-returnable.
8. Bundled books must be in their original packaging.
9. Access codes that have been activated will affect your return.

 Fall Book Buy Back Dates will be December 15 through 22, 2008.
