The Delta Collegiate

There’s something for everyone at Delta, including a student newspaper. The Delta Collegiate newspaper was first published in October of 1961, just a little over a month after the college opened its doors.

The Collegiate team are members of the Associated College Press (ACP) Hall of Fame, and have been honored with Best Newspaper, Best Online Newspaper, General Excellence and Overall Design awards more than any other college by the Michigan Press Association, the Michigan Collegiate Press Association, the Michigan Community College Press Association, and the ACP. Our journalists have also been awarded Journalist of the Year numerous times by the MPA and the MCPA.
